These Paid Services Terms (“Paid Terms”) apply to any purchase you make through Alcove’s supported purchase flows. These Paid Terms are in addition to Alcove’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, which also apply to your use of our paid services.

1. Paid Services

Alcove may offer certain premium features, subscriptions, or other paid products and services (“Paid Services”). The specific features, pricing, and terms of each Paid Service will be presented to you at the time of purchase.

By purchasing a Paid Service, you agree to pay the applicable fees and any taxes that may apply. All fees are stated in U.S. dollars unless otherwise indicated.

2. Billing and Payment

When you purchase a Paid Service, you authorize Dogma Studios (or our third-party payment processor) to charge the payment method you provide for the applicable fees. You are responsible for providing accurate and current payment information.

If your payment method fails or your account is past due, we may collect fees using other collection mechanisms. You are responsible for all amounts due on your account.

3. Subscriptions and Renewals

Some Paid Services may be offered on a subscription basis. If you purchase a subscription, it will automatically renew at the end of each billing period (e.g., monthly or annually) unless you cancel before the renewal date.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. You will continue to have access to the Paid Service until the end of the period you have already paid for.

4. Free Trials and Promotional Offers

We may offer free trials or promotional pricing for certain Paid Services. If you sign up for a free trial, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless you cancel before the trial ends. We will clearly disclose the terms of any trial or promotional offer at the time you sign up.

5. Refunds

Except as required by applicable law, all purchases of Paid Services are final and non-refundable. If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us at billing@alcove.gg within 30 days of the charge.

If you reside in a jurisdiction that provides a statutory right to a cooling-off period or refund, nothing in these Paid Terms affects those rights.

6. Price Changes

We may change the price of any Paid Service from time to time. If we change the price of a subscription, we will give you at least 30 days’ advance notice before the price change takes effect. If you do not agree to the price change, you may cancel your subscription before it renews at the new price.

7. Taxes

You are responsible for any applicable taxes associated with your purchase of Paid Services, except for taxes based on Dogma Studios’ net income. If we are required to collect or pay taxes on your behalf, those taxes may be added to your payment.

8. Modifications to Paid Services

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any Paid Service at any time, with or without notice. If we discontinue a Paid Service for which you have an active subscription, we will provide you with a prorated refund for the unused portion of your subscription.

9. Third-Party Payment Processors

We use third-party payment processors (such as Stripe) to process payments for Paid Services. Your use of these payment processors is subject to their terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for any errors or issues arising from the payment processor’s services.

10. Disputes

Any disputes related to Paid Services are subject to the dispute resolution provisions in our Terms of Service, including the arbitration agreement and class action waiver (for U.S. residents).
